What we collect

The contact form sends your name, email, phone and message straight to us (via WhatsApp or email from your own app). Table reservations are handled by ialoc.ro under their policy. The newsletter uses the email address you enter.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, confirm a reservation or send you news if you subscribed. We don't sell or pass on your data.

How long we keep it

Event enquiries are kept as long as needed to organise the event and meet accounting obligations. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. Write to contact@gradinafloreasca.ro. You may also contact the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies. The ialoc booking widget and Instagram may set their own cookies when you use them.
